Our History
Since 2012, the successful Metro Investments, PLC real estate developer has been making exceptional in-roads into acquiring lands and constructing furnished and unfurnished apartments to both the business, leisure traveler in need of temporary housing and families, people in need of permanent housing.
Starting out with acquiring land in Kribi, Metro Investments, PLC, transitioned into acquiring land and other real estate properties in Yaounde, Douala, Limbe, Bamenda and Buea. To add value on these lands, construction of unfurnished apartments started in Douala. These predominantly served residents and their families who needed long term accommodation. Realizing that many people in Douala or who intend to visit Douala, need short term accommodation, the management moved into developing furnished units to accommodate guests’ needs.
The company has since grown to include stylish, conveniently located apartments across town and across the country.
